You work out hard and eat a basically healthy diet.  You aren't fat, but you're not as lean as you would like to be.  You feel like you can’t get as lean as you'd really like to be without going to extremes.  Lean for a Lifetime can help.  Developed by our Exercise Physiologist and Nutritionist who has lost 75 pounds himself and kept it off.

Lean for a Lifetime is a system that allows athletes to get lean and maintain it without any extreme measures or shortcuts.  Benefits include increased fat burning during exercise and at rest, managing hunger and satiety, and increased resting metabolic rate.  Generally active people need moderate changes, to how they exercise and eat, not complete lifestyle overhauls.  Lean for a Lifetime teaches athletes how to get the little things right, which cumulatively will have a huge affect.  Priorities include timing meals to feed the muscle cells but not the fat cells, exercising at the appropriate intensity for each type of workout, and eating enough to fuel workouts and prevent hunger.  We offer no magic elixir, but we will teach you how your body works.  It is not simple, but it works and that is worth a little more planning and moderate adjustments.
